Schaefmister

For a youthful perspective of everyday life in Canada... well, Saskatchewan... uh ok a farm outside of Kerrobert... and with much content likely to focus on the Calgary Flame's hockey team... check out my nephew's blog http://www.derek34bb.blogspot.com/

You are back in Canada!!!! Your travel stories were great!!!

I start work next Saturday...lots of overtime cause of shortage of teachers this fall!!!
Hope to continue reading about your experiences. Did you hear about the recent shooting of tourists in Jordan? Crazy situation!

Hey Carl... loved your comments. Hmm shortage of teachers in the middle east. I can't understand that.

I am back in Canada only to move my stuff into storage (heard you had an interesting experience with that) and to complete applications. Not sure yet where I'm going to teach - I think Russia but will keep everyone posted. How long will you stay in Riyadh?

LOL And your comments at Mr. Schaefmiester's blog were pretty revealing as well...I mean I really feel for you; such a traumatic experience in grade one!!Yikes!
Yeah I can't figure out why no one wants to work in this country LOL!
My goal is to complete my master's degree on-line which will take another couple years (part time)so expect to stay at this job in Riyadh at least until the degree is complete...thinking after I obtain my master's I may try my hand at some international development project work related to education...God knows what that will look like or where it will take me! Africa...India...Sri Lanka????
Yeah would love for you to go to Russia so I can learn what the country is like through you LOL
Good luck and ...yes... do handle the storage thing yourself ;)(:
Will be checking this blog for updates ;)
